If you want to stop hairfall, you must know the causes of Hairfall. As, we know Hair is made up of proteins and alpha keratin which they get through dermis. But, there are many other reasons which causes hair loss :
- Deficiency of proteins and vitamins in body: Lack of proteins and useful vitamins in body causes hair loss because hair follicle do not get the sufficient protein. Since, Hair is not the important part of the body like heart, & human, brain etc. And human can exist without hair so whenever body face lack of nutrients or proteins at first body stops transporting nutrients & proteins to hair which results hairfall, hair thinning and weak hair.
- Use Of Harsh Chemicals : Most of the Cosmetic products contains chemicals which are not good for our hair. Use sulphate free & hydrating products because these products hydrates your hair leaving behind a strong and healthy hair like Sulphate free hydrating shampoo and hydrating mask.
- Excessive Heat : Heat is not good for our hair. Heat can be in any form sunlight, hair dryer, straightning machines. These makes your hair dry, weak and thin. Protect your hair from the Uv rays by using scarfs, heatprotectors etc and avoid using straightning machines regularly.
- Blood Circulation : In our daily life, people are so busy in their work that they don’t have time to exercise. Sitting at one place and doing work for long time decrease your blood circulation system which makes you feel fatigue whole day. So, I would really suggest to exercise daily or yoga once in a day and try to be regular.
